The twin room was fashionable with a/c, the bed was comfortable. A mini bar fridge, an individual safe, and air conditioning were a nice touch🙂🙂👍

It was really amazing 3 days, definitely coming here again. The hotel was located just off Piazza San Marco, the center of San Marco and the main shopping area.

Stayed in a room so small I could touch both walls, but it was so perfectly arranged that it felt spacious. Great amenities and the host was so helpful, I felt like royalty. Definitely recommend, if you're into that sort of thing.

Oh, and the Wi-Fi? Yeah, it was basically non-existent.

Excellent central location near popular landmarks, shops, and restaurants with easy access via code-locked doors. Helpful host provided recommendations and arranged transportation options. Well-equipped, clean, and comfortable rooms with daily service. Secure and quiet accommodations with no key needed. Smooth check-in process even outside regular hours.

This place exceeded our high expectations in every way, we totally recommend it, everything was good during 3 days, we appreciated its good and magnificent location near the center of San Marco.

The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp. The location of the guest house was super central, making it convenient to explore the city. The room temperature and water pressure were great, and the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the coffee maker in the room. it was a good value for money. If I were to return to Venice, I would definitely stay here again!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The room itself was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the great water pressure in the shower.

I recently stayed at this charming guest house for three nights. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of San Marco near Doge's Palace and St. Marc's Basilica. Despite the initial challenge of finding the place, the helpful staff provided clear instructions and patiently waited for my arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy design and all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the hospitality package with Nutella, jam, croissants, crackers, coffee. Additionally, being allowed to leave my luggage in the room until the afternoon was a great convenience. a wonderful stay at Spadaria San Marco Guest House.
